Beschreibung der Verarbeitungstätigkeit

Zur Erfassung eines neuen Token zur Berechnung von zeitbasierten Einmalpasswörtern (TOTP) wird ein QR-Code über die Kamera Ihres Geräts eingelesen und die darin enthaltenen und für den Betrieb der App notwendigen Daten gespeichert.
Die Aufnahmen der Kamera werden nicht gespeichert oder übermittelt.
Die für den Betrieb der App notwendigen Daten sind nicht personenbezogen im Sinne der EU Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) bzw. des Schweizer Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz (DSG).
Die Verarbeitung der Kamerabilder (Einlesen der QR-Codes) und Speicherung der Daten findet lokal auf Ihrem Gerät statt, eine Übermittlung findet nicht statt.
Die App kann außerdem durch die vom Gerät bereitgestellte biometrische Authentifizierung geschützt werden. Die App nutzt hierbei die von Ihrem Gerät bereitgestellte Funktion, es wird nur der Status (Authentifizierung möglich, Authentifizierung erfolgreich, Authentifizierung nicht erfolgreich) vom Gerät an die App gemeldet, keine biometrischen oder sonstige personenbezogene Daten. Dieser Status wird nicht gespeichert oder übermittelt, nur bei Bedarf vom Gerät abgefragt und dann wieder verworfen.

Werden Ihre personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet, so haben Sie das Recht Auskunft über die zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten zu erhalten. Dafür dürfen wir eine kleine Gebühr erheben.
Sollten unrichtige personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden, steht Ihnen ein Recht auf Berichtigung zu.

Description of the processing activity

To registrate a new token for calculating time-based one-time passwords (TOTP), a QR code is read via the camera of your device and the data contained therein and necessary for the operation of the app is stored.

Per acquisire un nuovo token per il calcolo delle password monouso a tempo (TOTP), viene letto un codice QR tramite la fotocamera del dispositivo e vengono memorizzati i dati in esso contenuti e necessari per il funzionamento dell’app.
Le registrazioni della telecamera non vengono memorizzate o trasmesse.
I dati necessari per il funzionamento dell’applicazione non sono personali ai sensi del UE regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (RGPD) o la svizzera legge federale sulla protezione dei dati (LPD).
L’elaborazione delle immagini della fotocamera (lettura dei codici QR) e la memorizzazione dei dati avvengono localmente sul vostro dispositivo; non avviene alcuna trasmissione.
L’app può anche essere protetta dall’autenticazione biometrica fornita dal dispositivo. L’app utilizza la funzione fornita dal dispositivo; solo lo stato (autenticazione possibile, autenticazione riuscita, autenticazione non riuscita) viene comunicato dal dispositivo all’app, nessun dato biometrico o altri dati personali.
